Workshops and courses/programs can be delivered virtually, in-person, or a combination of the two. All deliveries focus on interaction and the facilitation of real-world connection and reflection through sharing case-studies / stories, discussion / Q&A, and prompting elaborative interrogation and self-explanation questions. All deliveries also include some type of “handout” (e.g., template, tips/tricks, key points, etc.) to help facilitate learning reinforcement and training transfer. Workshops and courses/programs include opportunities for real-world practice with specific and directive feedback.
